Our Story
Fauji Homes started in 2015 when our founder – a retired Indian Army officer with 20+ years of service – faced a problem every defense family knows too well: managing property while posted thousands of kilometres away.
Unreliable brokers. Missed rent. Ignored maintenance. He decided to fix it himself.
It began with 5 properties for fellow Army families in Secunderabad. Word spread. Today, we manage 120+ properties across Hyderabad for serving officers, veterans, NRIs, and working professionals.

Flat 30% discount on all management fees
For serving officers, veterans, JCOs, defense widows, paramilitary forces, and ex-servicemen. No conditions. No expiry. Just share your service ID.
This isn’t a promotion. It’s why we exist.
Standard fee: 5-8% → Defense fee: 3.5-5.5%
Example: Rs.4,000/month → Rs.2,800/month = Rs.14,400 saved annually
